Ingredients:

1 avocado cut into cubes & mash lightly
50g chopped onion
75g chopped fresh tomato
1 tsp chopped fresh jalapeno (optional)
3 tbspn chopped fresh coriander
1 tbspn freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tbspn olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Combine all ingredients and serve.
